This role involves end-to-end project coordination, including sprint preparation, task assignment, intern lifecycle management, attendance & accountability tracking, stand-up management, documentation, and ensuring that all teams stay aligned on deliverables and timelines.

You will act as the operational backbone that helps the company scale without losing process, clarity, or speed.

This internship is ideal for individuals who want hands-on experience managing technical projects, content workflows, engineering processes, and cross-functional operations in a cybersecurity startup.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination & Sprint Management

  • Assist in planning and executing weekly/bi-weekly sprints.
  • Break down requirements into actionable tasks and assign them to developers, designers, and marketing interns.
  • Ensure clarity of acceptance criteria and goals before sprint kickoff.

  • Maintain sprint dashboards (GitHub Projects/Notion/Jira).

2. Intern Management & Operations

  • Manage daily stand-up scheduling, attendance, and follow-up.
  • Record and track progress for 15–30 active interns across three domains.
  • Send reminders, follow-ups, and performance documentation.
  • Maintain bi-weekly review notes and update performance trackers.
  • Act as a communication bridge between founders and interns.

3. Multi-Team Coordination (Engineering + Design + Marketing)

  • Ensure developers, designers, and content teams remain aligned.
  • Maintain proper documentation of requirements and progress.
  • Create short summaries for leadership after each sync.
  • Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams.

  • Ensure structured, searchable internal documentation.

5. Communication & Accountability Management

  • Ensure interns meet daily expectations (attendance, deliverables, communication discipline).
  • Follow escalation paths: reminders → warnings → performance notes.
  • Manage all Discord communication channels effectively.
  • Send structured status updates and meeting summaries.

6. Marketing Task Management

  • Coordinate with content writers on blogs, SEO tasks, LinkedIn posts, and YouTube content.
  • Assign tasks to writers based on priority and sprint demands.
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Help organize content pipelines for blogs, marketing pages, and educational materials.

7. UI/UX & Design Coordination

  • Communicate design requirements clearly to UI/UX interns.
  • Track design asset creation such as landing pages, product UI, graphics, banners, and thumbnails.
  • Maintain a master asset library and track final outputs.
  • Ensure branding consistency across deliverables.

8. KPI Tracking & Reporting
